“I ordered 3 sympathy gifts from Broadway Basketeers. 2 of them arrived in perfect condition and the recipients were very pleased with them. The last one arrived 2 days late and arrived damaged. I contacted the company and they explained that the gift was shipped out at the right time to be delivered on the date I requested but the UPS had delayed the delivery. They also apologized for the gift arriving damaged. Even though it wasn't their fault, they still send out a new gift to my recipient and also refunded the shipping on paid for that gift.
