Kim Jacob at the Freehold store greeted my wife and me and was VERY patient and informative as I tried on countless frames. We came back a week later to pick up my new glasses and Kim greeted us like old friends - great memory! She adjusted the arms on my frames and all is good. All in all, a really good experience. The receptionists were welcoming and Dr. Bauza and his assistant, Dianna were professional and thorough. It's a busy office, so be prepared to wait a little bit, but it's worth it. I also needed help with my prescription after I left the office, which can be frustrating, but they did everything to help me and work with my pharmacy. Highly recommend this medical office!“
