Today, I arrived with a broken charger port bit stuck in our family iPad. It was fixed within 10 minutes. We were warned about costs and risks by staff before hand even in case he couldn't fix it, but everything worked out perfectly. We are so grateful!!

Broke my IPhone 6 Plus that I use for work. Could not get an appointment with Apple for 5 days. Happened to walk by them on my way out and talked to them for a bit. Very profesional gentleman fixed my phone in about 25 minutes. Works as good as new. I was able to get the shattered screen repaired, protective glass screen installed and a new case for $20 less than Apple was going to charge me. Excellent customer service!
