I reached out to BrightStar after other agencies kept promising me what I was looking for but not being able to find someone. When I spoke to Linda at BrightStar she was honest and told me I was looking for too little time. We discussed options and that week had the paperwork finished and our aide. The agency checks in weekly. I would definitely recommend them.
My father was under the care of 24/7 live in aids from BrightStar for 4+ years. Besides the warm, caring, skilled, and professional aids, the staff at BrightStar always came through with temporary help when the permanent aids took time off. They also were very helpful with skilled wound care at home visits.I would highly recommend them to anyone looking for a home healthcare aid.
When my sister suffered a serious stroke we researched all the home health providers in her community. Bright Star of West Hartford was out choice. They called back, they met with us at our convience, they shared information. Two years later we remained impressed.
