I’m a regular since they opened and have always had a positive experience. They are very clean. I recommend you call ahead for an appointment and learn the name of your preferred masseuse to get a consistent experience.
Hmm I’ve been wanting to try this place out it’s close by and affordable. The massage started off to a rocky start. The man kept using his elbow by my spine as long as he didn’t do that I felt OK and I had to tell him to lighten up the pressure, but you should not use an elbow on a spine. After that things were fine. I laid in the chair and was starting to relax until I realized a customer brought a small dog in. The dog did not want to stay in the bed she brought for him and he was walking all over. The owner fell asleep glad she was relaxed but unfortunately it ruined my experience. For foot massages, this place cannot be beat! They really make you comfortable with eye mask, blankets, and soothing music. It was my first time, and I was initially unsure about quite what to expect, and in the front room, I was ok with a half hour massage, although the front desk manager wanted to upsell me for an hour. Then my eye caught a deal: 45 min foot, 45 min body massage, for $85. I was sold and away I went. Got the foot massage first and then I was offered to either sit in a massage chair, or have a private room to lie down on a table. I chose the latter. The entire facility is immaculate, and there are signs in the rooms to *keep your underwear on*, so this is an entirely legitimate place. My only word of warning is that the body massages are VERY deep tissue, which I wasn't quite prepared for, so if you're not used to it, either clearly communicate or perhaps this isn't the place for you. I had two large red stripes running along either side of my spine when I got home: ruptured capillaries, probably as a result of "gua sha" technique. I was sore for about a day but it was well worth it, as my flexibility was incredible afterwards. I'll be back for sure.
