Had some water in my basement after an issue with my washer. Tyler, Franco and Sebastian did an amazing job remediating anything that needed to be removed. The day of, I had a few questions and Tyler was able to walk me through the entire process. If you are looking for a remediation company you should consider SERPRO of great Sussex County
Janel, Amilcar and Geo were great. They arrived and got straight to work hauling out our water damaged items including a refrigerator and a wall sized DVD holder. They removed all the damaged molding, doors and moved the furniture so they had room to work to cut the water damaged wallboard and insulation. Then they put in the machines to dry out the basement. All this was accomplished in one day. Janel and his team were very professional and answered all our questions very politely.
When I called in a panic, I was reassured everything was going to be ok. Janele, Geo, and Amilcar showed up and confirmed it was. They were here with in an hour and explained everything that they would be doing. They were very professional and extremely neat. I would highly recommend Servepro of Sussex County.
