I had a great experience in this office. My regular OB no longer took my insurance meaning they discontinued my birth control refill, but luckily this office came to the rescue! The staff are all very friendly. Definitely recommend :)

This is personally my favorite Planned Parenthood site. The new renovations looks amazing The entire staff are very caring and professional. Every time I'm at the facility Cindy the receptionist provides a great experience to the patients and is very personable. Her multi-tasking skills is at a 5 star level. In addition to that Mary RN is also phenomenal her nursing skills makes you feel confident that youbare receiving state of the art care. I would definitely continue to refer this site and company to my friends and family.

I’ve had so many issues searching for a doctor near me for my annual exam and had no luck since so many doctors are not accepting new patients. I decided to just visit a Planned Parenthood. This one was not the closest to me but it was recommended by a friend who’s been there and stated that this location has the most friendly staff. Upon my arrival, I was greeted and taken care of. Annual exams are always nerve recking, but Michelle made sure this would not be the case. Michelle kept asking me if I was ok during my exam and it made me so comfortable. Planned Parenthood Franklin is a 10/10 with service and the friendly staff. I will definitely be coming back.
