I hired John based on the good reviews here (most of which are 6 years old), but was thoroughly disappointed. His communication is awful: unreliable via email and unwilling to talk on the phone. Got tired of chasing him around and ended up paying another accountant to file an amended return due to John's mistakes.
Bully and neglectful of tax duties. John Ohe is the owner. He is a horrible person and the reason that I have incurred penalties for filing late. Blames me for having too many questions, mainly because he never answers my repeated questions.
John has been reliable and always very helpful over the past years. The process is very streamlined and easy to follow, so that I can get my taxes done quickly and not have to think about it anymore. Great value and highly recommended!
