I've been here a few times since 2017. Had one facial and a couple of massages so far. Great customer service, the atmosphere is very calming, and the prices aren't ridiculous. Eric is the best massage therapist. He actually takes the time to explain what he's going to do when you want him to focus on certain areas.

Update: Service is still great but the employee turnover is very annoying. As soon as I get used to a different masseuse they leave and I lose an appointment for a while since there is no availability.

This was my first time ever getting a service done like this. The place was very warm and inviting. Everyone was very informative and nice. I had Bonnie do my massage, she did a great job and made sure i felt comfortable the entire time. Then i had Amanda? i believe her name was.. who did my facial. She was great. We were talking the entire time and she was keeping me updated on everything she was doing, what it is, and how it helps.

LOVE THIS LOCATION! I recently went to have a service there and it was absolutely amazing! The spa was clean, the staff was so kind and the service was one of the best! When I arrived, the staff was having conversation and laughing with the manager. A weird thing to point out, I know, but it is really great to see such a positive work space from the outside. I mention this because before coming I read some reviews and there was so much negativity around the manager.
