Excellent service- the best I could hope for in a vet. I have lived in three cities and tried about five vets in the time I've had my dog. I switched from another vet to Faith and travelled a bit further due to positive reviews. From just my first visit, I know I made the right choice. During the visit we were assisted by three persons in addition to the doc who were all attentive and worked as a team. The doc was kind, took his time, explained everything thoroughly and wasn't the least bit pushy about treatment or products. I felt we were able to make informed choices, and we took his recommendations on everything. Unlike other vets, this practice did not take for granted that I have unlimited funds with which to do right by my four rescue pets. They made special effort to go over the costs of everything, and the prices were very reasonable. Most importantly to me, two techs and the doc were so patient, good spirited and effective in treating my dog who is an incredibly difficult patient. (I've had two separate vets suggest that she may have been a lab test animal based on her strong aversion to veterinary care.) I've had other docs and staff develop and display a negative attitude toward my dog when she fought their care. Often other vets would just stop trying to deal with her and move on to the next thing. This was not the case at Faith, where the doc and staff teamed with me to effectively treat my girl where other vets have failed. It was not easy, and everyone pitched in and did not treat me or my dog with resentment for the extra effort it took. I noticed the patient after me had to have wait a bit longer, but hopefully they did so realizing that the doc would take just as much time and effort with their beloved pet if needed. I am grateful for our new vet!

My cat had bite wound that perforated his skin at two spots near to each other. The cat would scratch it with his paw making it bigger so I went to a local Vet Hospital in PetSmart just to be asked to pay almost $500 for a few sutures, antibiotic and some related services. I refused this. Later, we decided we have to neuter him to make him less aggressive so that the wound could heal easier. We have learned about the Faith Veterinary Clinic that operates in Franklin Twp and took our cat for a low cost fix. When doctor Narala has seen the bite wound he offered to stich it for free. After 10 days he removed the sutures and in a few days we could take off the E-colar and now we have happy cat, again. Perhaps, the Vet clinic has saved our cat's life because it was difficult to keep him away from his wound despite our efforts to wrap him with bandages. Therefore, I would heartily recommend Faith Veterinary Clinic because they really love animals, they do not make their business just for the money. They are operating independently of the Township Animal shelter that shares the same address.
