Sebastian is one of the best contractors that I have ever worked with and was the only person we could find who actually got to the bottom of our leaky roof. We had already spent $10,000 trying to fix the problem before he came in and managed to find the root problem and get it fixed for us in a couple of weeks. Re-did our main roof and fixed the flat roof as well: He has kids, he meditates, he has good guys that work for him...he is a true mensch and knows what he is doing. Next time something goes wrong in my house, he’ll be the first contractor I call.“

“Had both bathrooms totally redesigned, scheduling and coordination was smooth as silk, completed within a very reasonable timeframe relative to the estimate. Working with James was very easy, communication was excellent and no task or unforeseen issues would derail the projects.
Each of the project specialists were very professional, polite and did excellent work. Notably the Carpenter Chris was exceptional, who took his work to another level to ensure the redesign was done so meticulously for the rest of the team to do their work. Our 2nd floor bathroom presented many challenges and all the expectations were met. Very happy with the end result, including the cost which was very competitive and justifiable for the work that was done. Highly recommended for future work.“

“Val called in response to my Angi request and we set an appointment for the next day. He showed up on time (actually a little early) and not only priced the job, but said his brother was in the truck and they had what they needed to do our bathroom tile repair job immediately . His price was better than another bid we had received, he was ready to do the work, and explained what needed to be done, so we accepted his bid. He saved us money by cleaning and reusing some of the old tiles. He also did a repair of another area of the bathroom where some tiles were buckling, which was appreciated. Val and his brother did a solid job for us and I am very happy with the work. Super happy in fact!“

“For someone wanting to hire craftsmen to remodel a bathroom for the first time, I felt a bit overwhelmed. There were lots of decisions to be made about tiling, vanities, sinks, overall design philosophy.

Fortunately, Billy, Gianna and the crew were elite at settling down my worries. We took it a step at a time and they were able to accommodate some of my limitations, such as me not being able to pickup up my bathtub, vanity and toilet with my small car. They took time to arrange a pickup on my behalf even though the project was not to start for a couple of weeks. Now that's looking after the customer!

Once the demo started, it was a very smooth process. I felt like I was briefed/consulted every step of the way and other specific experts such as the sheetrock and glass contractor got involved to put it all together. On a personal note, it made me admire even more the meticulous process of remodeling any interior room, much less a bathroom as well as the versatility and know-how necessary to tile, make the plumbing and electrical work, all while adhering to what the client wants. It's hard work and no doubt took many years and experience to get to this point of expertise. As someone who floated the idea of DIY-ing certain aspects, I can look back and know that it was 100% worth it to hire professionals that know what they're doing.

“Had a WONDERFUL experience with Bathroom Resurfacing Specialists this past fall. We moved into a house with an old standard cast iron tub that had been painted over and the paint was all chipping off. Multiple quotes suggested replacing the tub, which would have turned it into a much bigger and more $$ job. BRS came in and gave us an honest quote. Never it my wildest dreams would I have thought the tub would have turned out as well as it did. Actually they *IMPROVED* it by adding a slip proof grip for the kids. It looked like brand new! I am very pleased and couldnt recommend them more highly. Customer service was also extremely polite, timely, and consistent. These are unfortunately rare service qualities in this day and age! After 90+ truckloads of dirt with mazes of trenches for plumbing, electric, gas, and once the retaining walls, patio, landscaping was finished, it was nothing short of spectacular. Darlene in the office was very helpful with communication. Lorenzo was always at the property handling any issues. My wife and I were very happy .“

“Tony, Danny and their crew did great in cleaning fireplace and clean out in basement although it was alot of ash they handled it professionally. While cleaning they found the chimney was in need of repair and replacement. They guided me through the steps by means of pictures as well.
They demoed the chimney and next day built new one with new terracotta liner and formed A new waterproof crown

My job was to remodel my separate kitchen into an open plan kitchen, dining area and living room. I'm also had my guest bath updated. They replaced my deck. There was never an issue with work not being completed on time or not getting what my contract specified. When necessary, tweaks were done at no additional fee.“
