She took 20 years off my face by doing old style perfect neat precision layers/feathering. She has WORK ETHIC, TRUE CUSTOMER SERVICE, she listened, understood, and gave me the exact same cut from 30 year old pictures of decent layers.. She kept the length, and fixed all the issues.
