“Just had an emergency gas leak detection service with them on a Sunday and couldn’t recommend this company more. I had been trying all day Saturday to get other companies out to my location but everyone kept ghosting me after the initial call. Being that the dishwasher is over 20 years old , I thought the problem was just the problem . The water just kept pouring out of the dishwasher . Let me tell you something I called Hodges and spoke to a lovely lady named Claudia who was so pleasant and professional and promised me a call back within the hour . She was a woman to her word called back actually in about 15 minutes and told me that a plumber named Tom would be there in 10 minutes !!! Ten minutes! Tom came to my door as promised in 10 minutes and addressed the problem effectively and efficiently! He was professional and honest and in this day and age it’s rare to find those qualities!
