My second time visiting this nail salon and they never disappoint. I was a walk-in and was serviced right away. Anna did my pedicure and she was absolutely amazing. She took her time to ensure I was comfortable and was super meticulous with my pedicure. Super friendly staff, clean salon and top notch service!

I was in the area and decided to go for a random pedicure. Even though I did not have an appointment and were crowded, they were able to squeeze me in, which was much appreciated. The manicurist set up my station quickly and was friendly. Throughout the service, she checked in with me and made sure that I was having a pleasant experience. I decided to go simple and got a classic pedicure with clear polish so I cannot really speak on the quality of polish application or nail art. The salon was clean and they have a good amount of work stations. Location is convenient, right off Route 46, positioned in a large plaza with tons of parking.

Been going there for several years & very pleased with their service. Their work is excellent & they are very accomodating.The establishment is very clean & the manucurists are very pleasant. Would highly recommend Plaza West.
