This salon is a hidden gem! Parking is super convenient—there’s a lot right behind the building and even more next door at the plaza. The owner is incredibly experienced, knowledgeable, and genuinely attentive. The service of K-Tip extension removal was done with great care and precision. He really emphasizes the importance of healthy hair maintenance, which I truly appreciated. The salon itself is spotless and modern, creating a comfortable and professional atmosphere. “I’ve been going to Kaie Hair Salon in Fort Lee for over a year for color, cuts, and keratin treatments. Dan is my go to stylist. he’s professional, really listens, and always gives genuine, honest recommendations. I’ve never felt pressured into services I don’t need, which I really appreciate.

Dan also takes a thoughtful, conservative approach to haircuts, which has helped me grow my hair out instead of giving in to my impulses to cut it short. “I love Katsuko salon for permanent hair straightening treatment! I switched salons after a bad experience at the salon I’d been going to for years to get Japanese straightening treatment (my hair was badly fried). I’ve gone here for straightening 3 times now and I’m so happy with the results! They put the chemicals only on the new growth so I haven’t experienced breakage. I go to Toshi and he takes such care in making sure it’s perfect! I have a lot of hair it’s no easy task, but Toshi takes the time to make sure it’s perfect. Overall I’d highly recommend Katsuko for straightening (this is the only service I’ve gotten here but I’d image the others are great too)!!!“

“you need to book the owner. he chopped off 10 inches of my hair, styled layers, and gave me longer curtain bangs to fit my face shape. i only requested a shorter haircut and he took care of the rest. make sure you book him. the women in the front are very nice and welcoming so that they make sure we're comfortable. i love my haircut and blowout. i've been referred here by many boujee ladies and they do not disappoint, also i get so many compliments and ask where ive gotten it done!“

“My daughter and I went to Jaya Hair Salon for the first time for haircuts this past weekend. The salon is beautiful, clean, and well kept. Both Hugh and Cindy were so kind. We each brought pictures of the haircuts/hairstyles we wanted. They examined the pictures we brought carefully and allowed us to communicate what we wanted. The results were exactly what we hoped for. This is the first time a hair salon has ever given us exactly what we wanted. “I had a great experience at Seoul Beauty Salon! I called to request an appointment for a straight perm + haircut and the owner was very kind, offering me an appointment that was just a few days out. Even when I had a scheduling conflict that came up, the owner was very accommodating and let me push my appointment back a few hours! So kind!

When I arrived to the salon, she greeted me warmly and offered me a gown and tea/coffee to drink. She was very thorough with her work, and I was very grateful with the way she gave me her undivided attention to complete my hair treatment.
