I am deeply disappointed with the abysmal customer service I encountered at Fort Lee Rehabilitation. My attempt to schedule an appointment turned into a frustrating and fruitless ordeal. I initially called on Oct 23rd and was scheduled for Saturday, oct 28th, at 11:30am. However, Byron informed me on Oct 28th that the acupuncturist wasn't feeling well, prompting a rescheduling to Nov. 18th at 9:30am. To my dismay, on Nov.17th, Byron called again, citing the acupuncturist's illness and rescheduled for Nov 21st at 3:30pm. When I inquired about having multiple acupuncturists, Byron admitted they were all unavailable. Bryon suggesting a change to 2:30pm, only to inform me at 1:50pm that the acupuncturist had an accident, necessitating yet another reschedule. This level of inconsistency and disregard for customers is utterly unacceptable. Fort Lee Rehabilitation has provided the WORST customer service experience I've ever encountered. My sincere advice: steer clear of this place to save yourself from similar frustations.

Best physical therapy! One on one NO other people and no equipment, just therapy. Felt results early and continue to see my self getting better and less pain. Regina was so good and kind, she always made me go a little bit more every session that really worked. I highly recommend the way this place gets you to feel better with no pain and great results.

As soon as you enter his office he will charge you $140 and tell you you have a HIGH DEDUCTIBLE. He will only charge $68 from the insurance and pocket the rest. When I threatened him to raise an inquiry to my insurance he gave me back my $70 on the card. But told me that you have a "FREE" next treatment and we only take $140 amount advance for your next visit and first.
