“Overall, I think this is a great lash salon! It’s extremely clean (as are the technicians, who are great about hand-sanitizing), and while the rooms don’t have full walls, it is nice to feel like you have a private space. There are two reasons why I’m only giving 4 stars: 1) There were a couple instances of miscommunication between me and my technician re: the shape I wanted and how many lashes I wanted; 2) They book appointments based on time, not based on completion of the service. For example, if you’re booking a 3-week fill-in appt, you’re booking 1 hour + 20 mins — depending on the status of your missing lashes, they may not be able to fill in every missing lash within this time. This style of appt is very new to me, but it may not bother everyone. However, when I expressed my unhappiness about my first installation, they went above and beyond to get me back ASAP to fix it.
