I have always listed my apartments for rent by owner. I am still a little hesitant on listing one of my apartments with a brokerage. I was walking past this place when I decided to walk in and ask a few questions in which the receptionist at the front desk whose name was Carolina was extremely helpful and accommodating. She answered all of my concerns and was a pleasure to speak with. I am still undecided but if I ever do with with his agency it will be because of the helpful receptionist Carolina.
