“Every Walmart should have an employee who excels at customer service as does Frank Soller of the vision care center in Manahawkin, NJ.Unknowingly, my purchase of battery operated holiday lights required a special tool to remove the back and insert needed batteries. Frustrated, I turned to Frank who, in between clients, came to my rescue and removed the part, thus activating the lights. Additionally, he located the proper tool kit that I would need to be independent in maintaining this device.Kudos to Frank for his assistance and attitude; and, for graciously giving of his time and talent to help!“

“I have been wearing glasses for over two decades and JC Penny optical is the best for glasses. I have tried everywhere and the lenses are always the thinnest for my prescription (which is pretty blind). I have tried Lens Crafters twice and consistently get strong night glare from their lenses and much thicker lenses. At both places I selected comparable products for the lenses, and JC Penny was so much better. JC Penny has their own lab and they do a fantastic job!! Lens Crafters is about an hour, much more expensive, and lenses are not as good. They have a pretty good frame selection at this location as well. The staff is AMAZING, very helpful getting the best price. They are also great at adjusting and fitting glasses. I would STRONGLY recommend JC Penny optical without hesitation. Only complaint is they don't have a nice selection of sun glasses frames, and only seasonally.“
