They are always on time for appointments, but the quality and time to get things done does vary. I have been going for over a year and generally enjoy my experience, but sometimes leave unsatisfied. Most of the technicians do a great job but I don't know any of their names so I don't know who to request when I schedule. Oftentimes my nails break or chip pretty quickly after getting a manicure and sometimes they look unfinished but usually a good experience.
regular manicure... it was ok however it was $45 - yes, for a regular manicure and I have short nails and brought my own base/top coat (used their polish). The manicurist was nice but the only place I saw posted prices was at the register when I checked out along with a list of suggested tips (?). Relatively new, thought I would check it out - won't go back! Now I know why this salon always empty.
pro: clean, tea. con: chair scratch floor with horrible sound. just put the pads on the bottom. self stick easy fix. music too loud this last time. not a big deal. The first manicure I had was the best manicure I've ever had in my life. The second time was not a great experience. Different person did not do a good job plus where I was seated I could see into the Cleaning area. Not a great view. I have experienced managing a business and everything matters. Especially at this price. all the manicures and pedicures should be at the same level and people would come back no question. I hope these corrections are made and you'll have a customer!
