I have no idea where to begin. My experience has been absolutely horrible. My system keeps breaking. They can't fix it. I have lost out on a months production in the past 2 months. You can't get them on the phone. Just really unhappy overall.
System was installed in 2016, no problems good experience with the company. Now in Feb 2022 the meter stopped reporting online due to the shutdown of the 3G network. Geoscape had a new meter installed on June 6, 2022. However, as of today July 15 the meter is still not reporting readings online. I have repeatedly asked for assistance from Geoscape. They apparently subcontracted the process of replacing the meter and syncing the online reporting system to a group called "AlsoEnergy". Geoscape now says they have no control over how "AlsoEnergy" does their work and they have no idea when I will ever be able to receive readings online or be able to report my readings. We used Geoscape to install solar on our NJ home. Elvin Frost was our primary contact, and was knowledgeable, fast on the response, and very helpful in sorting out our options. Geoscape also handled the permitting process entirely (which BTW remains an unnecessarily complicated process, no thank you to state regulators and PSE&G...). One year later, our system is performing just as Geoscape forecasted! Very happy customer.
