Not only was he compassionate and helpful in making this an efficient and comforting process, but he also went above and beyond to communicate with the cemetery when there was a dispute over my grandfather's burial plot. He told us not to worry and worked extra hours with the cemetery to ensure my grandfather could be buried next to my grandmother as planned.
