It wasn’t an easy fit, as I am larger than my mom was. The seamstress and manager worked with me to perfect every detail and make sure I was comfortable in the final product. “Wonderful staff. Did a beautiful job removing stains from two of my daughter's expensive evening wear. It was a rushed situation but they promised two days before her affair.They also found a small hole in the sweater sleeve. The lady owner found it and she ended at no extra cost. You cannot find the hole. They mended it at no extra cost as they stated one price to me. They are honest, accommodating as much as they can be in order to provide excellent service.Good parking and reasonable cleaning rates.“

“Really good place and quick service. My only complain is the hours. Why is it only open when we work? If I didn’t have a regular job I would open the same exact store but open at 1pm and close at 11pm. I would literally take all the business away even I did a lousy job. Why open at 7am? I am at the gym in Manhattan at 7am. I feel like my clothes are held hostages now until the weekend!“

“This is the best dry cleaners that I have done business with during my lifetime. I dropped off a half dozen items to be laundered. Of these items, there was a two- piece dress with jacket that was purchased by my late husband. The jacket was trimmed in what appeared to be black leather but turned out to be plastic. Over the years, the plastic became fragile. I happened to wear the dress while working as a background actor and noticed the peeling of plastic. When I dropped off my clothes, it was explained to me that they could not repair the jacket. They suggested that I take it to an establishment who specializes in handling such repairs. When I picked up my laundry, I left it on my valet. I did not want to deal with the jacket. Almost two months have passed since I touched my laundered clothes. Today, I decided to put the clothes into my closet, and I was SHOCKED! I cried! Choi's Valley Cleaners had removed ALL of the plastic from around the collar running down the front of the jacket, the pockets and the sleeves with black fabric. They never said anything to me when I picked up my laundry. Rather, they pulled all my clothing together and I paid. The person who helped me smiled and said have a nice day. Choi's Valley Cleaners went beyond customer service. I will be grateful to them the rest of my life. They understood how important the dress was to me and went out of their way to preserve it. “I love Flair cleaners. It’s the only cleaners that can do anything I need and do it well. They can get out any stain or smell, and don’t up charge you for scrubbing. They are fair with pricing and don’t nickel and dime each garment. I go out of my way to take sensitive items there.“

“I have been an Essex Green Cleaners customer for at least a decade if not longer. They have been nothing short of terrific every time I have used their services. They are extremely reliable as well as efficient. In addition, their prices are very reasonable. On my last visit prior to this review I brought in a hockey jersey that had a large stain on the back. I was unsure how long the stain had been on the jersey so I was worried that it could be permanent. When I picked up the jersey upon completion I checked the back of the jersey....and found nothing. The stain was gone as if it never existed. I let out a big sigh of relief and told the employee "Great job as always". “It took me a few attempts to find a great dry cleaner in the area, but I have! I've been using them weekly for two years now. No one washes men's dress shirts overnight anymore, but they have the quickest turnaround of anyone in the area. They've done a great job with silk scarves (even stained scarves), wool sweaters (getting a stain out from cream cashmere was not easy, but they did it). I did have a shirt mix-up once (got the wrong shirt), but they fixed it the next day when I brought it back. People at the counter are friendly and they actually care about the work they do. Overall, I'm really happy with the quality and service.“
