I wish I could leave something positive but I can't. I met with Dr Klein a couple months ago for a consultation. I was very excited to start laser treatments there. I had a appointment the next day to have my first treatment. I got a call the day of saying the laser broke and is going out for repair. I was told I'd be called when it was back in. That was in July. I have since called quite a few times to find out the status. I either get no return phone call or I was told your on a list and we will call you. That was 2.5 months ago. I've yet to hear from them. To say I'm quite pissed off about this lack of concern to get a appointment is a understatement. I'll take my $2,000 else where.

I've always thought about laser hair removal and I finally took the plunge to do it for myself. Sara is wonderfully professional and makes sure that I am comfortable with the procedure from start to finish. I am so happy that she was able to help me settle on the procedure and I am so happy with my results!!
