He assisted me in picking out the Glass Tile, then made some accent recommendations, which lead to an amazing look that I get so many compliments about. everything for the project was purchased through Ottoman, even all prep materials and he even taught me how to do it using unfamiliar materials, now that's the way a business owner should be. Knowledgeable, easy going, not pushy at all. I can't say enough things about my experience With Senai and his shop!!!!“

“We went to 3 flooring stores in the Flemington area. We wanted to replace wall to wall with hardwood on our entire second floor and on the stairs. Of the three, only Joe Gherardi (Mill Direct) offered to come to our house to look over the job and offer us ideas/ suggestions. His crew of highly skilled craftsman did a perfect job, from taking the time to properly level the subfloor to installing new balusters on the stairway. The flooring installation was excellent. The stain matching on the stairs was perfect. We loved all of Joe's design suggestions. To top it off, his workers did all this in 3 days! “Frank and Jim have always been my go to for tile! It’s low pressure shopping with an endless selection! Such high quality with attention to detail, maintenance, and affordability. I returned a saddle that was broken during installation today expecting to have to purchase a new one. With regard to the natural stone I purchased, they offered me other more durable option first. Knowing my heart was set on this material, they gave me a new one at no charge and carefully explained how it can easily it can break due to the nature of the material and install. Jim took extra time to secure it in my vehicle. My only warning is their options and showroom can be overwhelming as the options are endless! I want to change my tile every visit, but I can’t say enough about the stock tile we have now used in 4 bathrooms and 2 foyers! So durable and low maintenance! I can’t say the same for the big box stores and the prices are more than affordable. They will listen to your design ideas and suggest the right plan! No wonder I see repeat designers there when I go! Getting samples is no issue either! They are very accommodating!“
