The Gentleman that came to our home to fix our dryer did a great job and he was very nice and very business oriented. We would call Appliance Master again in the future for any Appliance issue. Thank You for coming so quick to fix the dryer.
I had a very positive experience today having a technician come over to fix my gas dryer. The price was fair and I could tell how conscientious Will was When he kept hearing a noise in the dryer he kept taking things apart I heard him downstairs to try to make sure was just right. The price of the repair also was fair and in these days we really needed that. I will be using this company again to fix any of my appliances.
Donnie, one of their senior technicians, delivered an exceptional high level of service. He is extremely thorough in his diagnosis and explains the problems in layman terms. He is extremely efficient and courteous and is a credit to Appliance Master. I give them and Donnie the highest recommendation.
