As many others have noted, this NON-PROFIT organization has practically stopped functioning. They do not answer phones or return emails. Their members (ALL volunteers) are required to renew their membership every year but have been unable to do so this year because of "server problems". They have been asked to "send checks" that may or may not get cashed in a timely manner. The ability to renew a membership online has been suspended. Only in the past week have a few members actually received a membership card in return for sending in their money. Many have sent checks MONTHS ago and have received nothing.

If I could give them zero stars I would. I have tried to renew my dogs therapy license and have had zero luck. I have called numerous times and there is no way to get in touch with anyone, it just keeps repeating the menu. I have emailed at least 4 times and still no response, I finally went and got my dog certified with the alliance of therapy dogs, very responsive to emails and phone calls. Just got an email today they blamed it on the servers, well you could have answered your phones.

My dog has been certified for many years with TDI. This is a poorly organized organization. I was recently diverted from the webpage to call them. I missed the email for the yearly re-registration by a few days. I have tried and tried for days to call and no one answers. If you have other options I would highly advise to get certified with another agency. This one has been a headache. My lovely dog has been such an asset to them. But I officially am retiring her because they are so so difficult to contact.
