After 25 years as the manager of a large boarding facility, I knew what I was (and wasn’t) looking for when the need arose to board my own dog. I was familiar with Petra through friends that used her as their dogs’ PT, and from her involvement with FDSA, and I was fortunate to be within a 40 minute drive of here. I stopped in for a tour of the kennel, with my list of questions in hand, and was completely satisfied with what I saw and heard. Our pet stayed for 5 days in the luxury suite. The space was clean and spacious. We included individual play time and got multiple pictures of our fur baby having a good time. We booked for May 2025 for another stay.

This is our first time boarding at Petra’s. Excellent care and hospitality. Very pleased with staff and facilities and the great care given to Sammie and Olive. We loved seeing daily pictures of our pups- so nice to see them and reassuring they’re having a good time!! Petra’s is highly recommended ❤️
