Called them on a Sunday because air-conditioning wasn't working. They were here within 2 hours and had it up in running in no time. Very professional! I would definitely recommend. So impressed that I signed up for their Maintenace contract.

We had our air installed on June 7th!! The process started two weeks before when Tyler came out and inspected our system. Our system failed after 22 years and after finding out we had duct work that needed to be replaced the job became bigger than we anticipated. We had other companies come out to bid as well but Tyler was great to work with and never pressured us for a decision like other companies. We decided to go with Jack Frost after reading many positive reviews about their customer service. The install went smoothly with Mario and his crew working hard to get the job done right. The entire crew was polite, cleaned up after the job, and explained the system to us. Mario even stayed after 7 pm on a Friday to make sure everything was done perfectly! Tyler showed up that day as well to check in and make sure there were no problems! All around a great experience working with this company! We would highly recommend them!
