“We have had a Maintenance Membership with Jack Frost Heating & Air Conditioning, LLC for about 4 years now and couldn't be more pleased with their service. There have been several times we needed to call in a technician for our furnace, A/C, and/or water heater. The entire team has always been professional, courteous, and knowledgeable. When dealing with Jack Frost you never feel pressured or rushed to make a decision and they always ensure you understand your options. Recently we called to ask for an evaluation of our HVAC system. The owner Tom came out and discussed the age of our unit and the different options available; including a program from our gas company that could help us with financing and rebates. Since our unit was at the end of its life, we decided to go with a new system now before running into trouble a year or two down the road. The entire process from start to finish was seamless. I figured I'd call them and after spending 20 minutes on hold, gave up. I called North Jersey Energy the following day and could not have been happier. We called on Tue afternoon and unit was installed on Wed. 3 guys, 3 trucks, total professionals, old unit removed, new installed, tested, cleaned up. Highly recommended.
