“Johnny to the rescue! We have called Johnny twice in the last ten years when trees have fallen on our power lines. In both cases he responded very quickly to reattach our power hookup so JCPL could get our power back. Today he helped us regain power from dead outlets due to a gfi not reset. He cares about his customer.
My wife waited on hold for 3 hours with JCPL installation group and as they were asking what work was done Johnny appeared at our door and told them exactly what he did and what they needed to do. He had returned to give us a contact number.
