Had an issue with a dishonest flooring store in Hackettstown and Nancy came to my rescue. I ordered 402 sq. ft. from Hackettstown flooring store, but my order ended up delayed indefinitely (and H'town Flooring tried NOT to give me a refund) Nancy at Dug's Rugs answered my call and presented me with hardwood options via text within 1/2 hour. Three hours later, I purchased a beautiful floor. Nancy and Doug were efficient and personable. Dugs Rugs prices are competitive and they are HONEST! I would highly recommend you try them. AND.... if you find anything you like that they don't carry, Nancy can get it for you at a great price. I Love Love Love them!!!!!!

Fantastic! Great helpful and eager team at the store, large selection, good suggestions. Never too busy and always with a smile. And that was just the store. The installer was professional, and just as friendly and helpful. Overall, we have a great product from great people. Highly recommend!
