Was ontime for furnace cleaning appointment, tech was easy to talk with. Cleaned the furnace and checked the A/C unit pressure and temp, said all was good, also said my furnace is very old and maybe hard to get parts for which I can understand it might be wise to get a new one if things break down. Thank you for a great first time experience!

Yesterday I tried for the first time Kagel’s..it will be the first of many times. Not only did they come out when scheduled they offered very affordable rates and easily fixed the issue at hand with my AC unit. It turns out my unit was not low on Freon like I thought since the house wasn’t getting cool but the coils were incredibly dirty from all the lawnmowing I’ve done over the years. Kagel’s guy, Joe, took pictures of before and after it was an easy fix. Not only was I satisfied with the service and price but I was very grateful for what Joe did at the end of his visit.
