“I had the ac stop working at night and Mike came out the next day and was able to figure out the problem quickly. He was able to give me a quote at that time but was unable to get the part that day but was back early the next morning to repair. He ran into some unforeseen problems with the installation but was able to get the unit running quickly, this is the second time we have used him and would definitely recommend him!“

“Dwyer installed a new heating and cooling system and a hot water heater for us! They were great with all of this!! Where there is an opportunity is with the service contract - we signed up for a 5 year contract and they have canceled most of the appointments and rescheduled. Some times the same appointment was canceled more than once! I need to juggle my schedule to accommodate - I work and my time is worth something too. They were suppose to be here yesterday (we made appointment some time ago) and once again they canceled. Service for installs great - maintenance calls 2x a year would not recommend. Very frustrating!“

“I’ve finally found a heating/AC repair service I can trust and have confidence in. I’m a pretty good DIY home owner but sometimes you have to call in a professional. Rich is that guy, family owned, in the Monmouth county area for 32 years. Knowable, professional, courteous, reasonably priced. I’ve unfortunately dealt with other services that want $150.00 just to pull in your driveway and you get a tech that has three months of training (if your lucky) and spends most his time making phone calls to some tech support trying to troubleshoot your problem and trying to upsell you some service or whatever while he’s waiting for an answer, the whole time your being charged $150.00 an hour. Rich came when he said he would, quickly diagnosed the problem, had the part on his truck, completed the repair, all at a reasonable cost. I highly recommend D&R and would use them I the future.“

“My central ac stopped working the other day. On a recommendation I called GWB Heating and Cooling and I am so glad that I did. The owner, Gary, came out later that afternoon and after diagnosing the problem, made me aware that the motor on the condensing unit was shot and needed to be replaced. It was late in the afternoon and Gary said he would make some calls in the morning to see if he could locate a motor. The next day around 10:00am, Gary called and said he had located one and would be out later that day to replace the motor. True to his word, he showed up a few hours later and replaced the motor. Considering that the next day the temp went up to 92, I can't help think how fortunate I was to take my friend's recommendation to call GWB. If I ever have a problem again i won't think twice about calling GWB. Many thanks!!!!“

“I've had four technicians with 40 years experience come out to my house and not be able to figure out the problem. I read reviews for Dash mechanical and decided to give them a go. A young man named Dylan showed up on time. Watching him we knew he knew his stuff. I put a brand new system in last year outside and a new coil inside. Turns out they overfilled us on Freon and here's the best part. The manufacturer never took the inner filter out for construction, dust, etc. When building a new home. So for 12 years that filter was in my inside unit causing less airflow over the years. So I probably didn't even need to replace my old unit. He took great care of me. The price was fantastic. He was in and out. For such a young kid he knew his stuff. I would 100% recommend this company to anybody. “ok so i had to call them knowing i would be in for it. yes my friends the technicians are, so far, all good, its the payment you have to be concerned about. house call, charge, plus work charge plus anything else they can come up with. they have a good business, nice people but !!! house call charge if you make a minor adjustment or nothing, fine. but adding a house call charge to the bill for charged work is shaky. think about it. not many do this. i will still call when needed only because i do like the people“

“I had an issue with my dryer’s flow sensor repeatedly pausing the dryer. I previously used another company, but they didn’t clean the vent properly, and the problem persisted. I even started to doubt it was my dryer’s problem. Titans came in, thoroughly cleaned the vent, and completely fixed the issue. My dryer is now working perfectly. Highly recommend their service!“
