“I've been training with Wayne since the beginning of January so about 3-4 months now and I currently train with him 3 times a week. I have nothing but good things to say. Wayne is very experienced and knowledgable and it really shows in the workouts and exercises he selects and explains. He is very sociable and easy to get along with so each workout is always a blast. The workout area and equipment is very clean and he pays a lot of attention to detail, especially on proper form to avoid injury. “Nitroflex is an excellent gym with state of the art equipment and great staff. The facility is always clean and well maintained. It's a warm and welcoming place where most of the staff know your name and truly care when you're not there due to injury or sickness. I particularly enjoy the variety of classes that are offered. “Been going here for over 2 years. Best gym around the area , once u go here you’ll never want to go anywhere else. The people leaving 1 star reviews have to be fake. The locker rooms are always clean, i’ve never had an issue with “ventilation “ in the gym floor, and i have never encountered a dirty machine. You constantly see employees cleaning the gym floor , locker rooms and constantly cleaning the towels in the locker room.“
