“I've used Victor's for the last 5 years as I have 2 York systems. They replaced a coil on one unit as it was leaking. Just had them out on the other 5 ton unit yesterday. Moe did a great job. Hats off to Sue as she made it happen. They are really busy but she ensured (even with overtime) that they got me squared away. Sue has a tough job dealing with customers and her own team. “I can not say enough about the service, the attention to detail and workmanship that I received. I was in total panic mode...my central ac went out entirely and the house was like an oven. Lou came out first thing in the morning assessed what was going on and got the system up and running. But then another mechanic John came out later in the day cleaned the unit which apparently was filthy and made sure everything was running properly. My air conditioning is working wonderfully! I will ONLY call Lou Fasano Heating & Cooling!!!

Side note I had one of those "insurance plans" for home maintenance..one of their mechanics came out and did nothing literally but give me a quote for a new system, not a Guage, didn't go into attic NOTHING!!!“

“One of my AC units that they installed a few years ago was making strange loud noises like something was banging around in there. They came out to check on this twice. Problem resolved itself (which is strange) and Elite did not charge for the two trips to my home to check on this problem!
