This is an outstanding yoga studio! Nancy, the instructor, is thoughtful, technically precise, and spiritual. She makes certain that each of her students is correctly aligned, and is always conscious of avoiding injuries. I have never had such an excellent teacher!

There should be a "love" button because "like" isn't enough. I've been practicing yoga for twenty years and Nancy is by far my favorite and best teacher. Students have been following her for years and that says it all. I'll never go anywhere else!
