From start to finish, Giuseppe was thoroughly professional, capable, creative and enthusiastic. He responded almost immediately to my request for a quote. After sending him the description and pictures of the space to be upgraded (the discolored grout on my tiled kitchen floor), he returned a detailed and reasonable estimate. His responsiveness and professionalism was such that I didn’t bother getting any other quotes and my faith was fully realized. He did a beautiful job, with incredible energy and attention to detail. I would gladly hire him again or provide a reference.
Giuseppe was beyond thorough. I had 2 other Grout guys give me lower quotes but my gut said to go with him. I was more than happy as we saw the one bathroom had bigger issues with the gaps around the tub. He could have gone the easy route but was honest. He came back twice to ensure the proper application was done before caulking was applied to finish. Those other guys would have just caulked it and I be looking for another guy in a year and more cost. The bigger issue didn't change the cost just added a little time. Justly so. I would recommend Giuseppe to anyone and I have been burnt many times from contractors. He came back on a timely manner and was truly professional.... read full review
Giuseppe did an excellent job on my shower stall. I had a handy man regrout it about a year ago. He used silicone - which I thought was fine and it separated in less than a year and mold and mildew were impossible to get rid of. I called a few Grout specialists. One that was very highly rated insisted that silicone was the only way to go. Giuseppe initially recommended grout caulk which I researched and seemed to be a good fix. after a few hours of cleaning and scrubbing the shower stall (p.s. he was using a toothbrush after his big steamer still left residue on the floor) he called me in to tell me that the pitch on the shower floor may be problematic and we needed to... read full review
