Rebel Strength & Performance offers a welcoming and fun environment for anyone looking to join a gym. The personal training program is effective, and the workouts are enjoyable and challenging. The coaches are positive, supportive, and motivated, making it easy to look forward to workouts. The 6-week transformation challenge is a great way to achieve results and adopt a healthy lifestyle, with nutritional coaching and team support available. The excellent staff is attentive, knowledgeable, and encouraging. They keep track of all your routines for you, they track all of your progress, help you set up and put things away so that you can just get in there and focus. The uplifting environment motivates visitors every time they step through the doors, and everyone from the staff to the members are all encouraging and supportive. Overall, Rebel is an amazing experience with exceptional trainers and community.
I am in my 4th year of personal training at Rebel! I continue to enjoy the caring and friendly atmosphere as well as ALL their professional trainers. They all take the time to listen to my goals and tailor a program that I can follow to meet those goals. This family-like and nonthreatening environment is so motivating that it makes you want to do your best and get the desired results! Working out and having fun is guaranteed at Rebel!
