Impolite, apart from the cashier. Won't return due to the negative atmosphere. An older woman (maybe owner ?) was unfriendly, and the nail technician showed no interest in the tip I gave, a decision I now regret since she didn't acknowledge me or even make eye contact.

I have been going to Plaza Nails off and on for a very long time. The owner has always been fine with me. Maybe she doesnt greet people as she is busy with a cutomer. The girls that have done my pedicures have been wonderful and they do a great job!! I was just there last night and Mari did a fabulous job as she has done previously when she did my pedicures. All the girls there are very sweet. I smeared 2 nails and just went back and the owner redid the ones I smeared.

I have been traveling more than 15min away from home to get my nails done.. I decided to try Plaza since it is 5 min from my home. I went without an appointment and was given a great manicure by Lee! She pays such attention to detail. All the Techs are very friendly and welcoming and my nails look great!! I'll definitely be back!Service: Gel manicure
