“Cris is truly amazing! She has created a clean/welcoming environment. She is knowledgeable about infrared sauna and answered all my questions. The facility/sauna space is well maintained. The actual sauna is spacious and even has a red light add-on option. I've done 3 sessions mostly to speed up recovery from viral illness and was well within 48 hours of symptom onset (a new record for me). After each session, I felt a burst of energy. There was ample parking right outside the building, the waiting area was peaceful, clean, and decorated beautifully, with dimmed lights, soothing music, as well as a pretty outside seating area.
