My wife and I had the pleasure of working with Dennis Viera during our recent home purchase and we could not have been happier. I went with Forward Mortgage LLC and Dennis gave me quick response and provide me good rate. also answered my question detailed. when i had appraisal, i got had discount and appraisal credit which i never seen one offer like this. Dennis even let me know if Rate is going to increase and lock me up with lower rate. i highly recommend Forward Mortgage and i will definitely come back to him when i need another mortgage in future.
