Very upset with Dr and her staff. I've been a patient of Dr. Rupal Bhatt almost 10 years. Today, I set up a virtual meeting for my husband at 9:45am. Due to urgency of matter, we desperately need to talk to her but she didn't show up until 10:30am. We called the office several times and they kept repeating delays due to previous patient. When we finally got connected, communication broke down and she rescheduled at 11:15. My Husband was there waiting another 20 min and hung up. I've been looking for a new doctor and a friend recommended this place so I made an appointment with Dr. Shirish Bhatt for a yearly physical. I rarely leave reviews but I feel like this doctor deserves it. He's the friendliest doctor I've been to and he seems to genuinely care about his patients. He has a very warm and welcoming personality. Compared to other doctors I've been to that let their expertise go to their head, Dr. Bhatt listens well and seems like a very humble person. His staff behind the counter is also very helpful and friendly. I highly recommend this place.

Super disappointed service. My husband and I have our routine exam there and after the exam, front desk told me to make a followup appointment. At this point, I thought it was just like the phone call I get from every other doctor telling me whether I was OK. During the followup I waited for 30 minutes with no apology or communications. The doctor came in for 10 minutes or so telling us our bloodwork looks alright and a month later, I receive two bills of 102 dollars for that ten minutes. Their excuses were: 1.
