So Medicare & Dr John has been my primary care for just about 30 years, so yes, I am a fan. It was also my husband's primary care. The doctors and staff are all 5 stars. Medicare is professional & the entire staff is responsive. If you have a question or don't understand something, they got your back. When I get my blood work back from the lab, I get an alert to check the patient portal. If I have any questions regarding the results, I will send a message via the portal, and I always get a response. One of the few medical offices that treat you like family. I have been a patient for over 30 years and this staff and doctors are awesome!!!!! They go above and beyond!!!

I have been patient of the doctor since I am 28 and I am now 59. Terrible office staff and the experience I had the other day has forced me to leave this practice as well as two of my family members leaving. The most rude and nasty office I've ever dealt with and you get to pay for the experience, how lucky . No apologies given and I was berated and told I was the one that had an issue. I've had several problems with this person and other staff, the other day was the last straw best move ever made was having my records transferred to a new physician as well as my family members!!!!
