So Medicare & Dr John has been my primary care for just about 30 years, so yes, I am a fan. It was also my husband's primary care. The doctors and staff are all 5 stars. Medicare is professional & the entire staff is responsive. If you have a question or don't understand something, they got your back. When I get my blood work back from the lab, I get an alert to check the patient portal. If I have any questions regarding the results, I will send a message via the portal, and I always get a response. You get straightforward answers to your questions without any sugar coating or coddling. If you need extra time to understand something, you will get the time you need, but come prepared with your questions or forms. The office is run like clock work & that's all Dr. John because he expects the best from everyone, including himself.
