Steve, thier master plumber, came out within 3 days of contract agreement, prepared his material list and scheduled the install 3 days later. Thermostat issues (my own fault), we're addressed with visits by Steve to review same day. Thier inside staff is very prompt, provide email appointment confirmations, and a pleasure to deal with.
