If I could give 6 stars, I would! Not only did Sam answer my call off hours and schedule an urgent visit to fix our furnace on short notice, but he came on time and charged us a very reasonable price when fixing our issue. To top it off, he followed up as promised when I requested his certificate of insurance the day after he did the work. He was professional and polite throughout - definitely would 100% recommend AirServ to anyone!Service: Heating system repair

Sam was phenomenal. He knows exactly what he is doing. I had 5 different companies try to fix my ac and it wasn’t successful, but thanks to AirServ. Sam is the man. He came to fix my ac & heating system. If it weren’t for him, I wouldn’t have ac this summer or heat this upcoming winter. I highly recommend this company. Ask for Sam. We lost our central air conditioning during a recent heatwave when it was in the mid to high 90 degree range. I knew we needed a new system and Sam came out the same day for an estimate. He arrived at 8:30 PM due to the high volume of jobs they had to check out the system and discuss various options. He mentioned when leaving around 9pm that he still had 3 more jobs that day, but he would have a quote sent over that night. I was skeptical, but sure to his word, even though he had to be exhausted, I had the quote via email just before midnight the same day. I contacted Sam via phone and email many different times the next day, still during the heatwave, and he took the time to timely answer all questions via email or phone. While there were delays in getting the compressor due to the high demand, he knew we had no AC and eventually located a unit and drove an hour and 45 minutes to pick it up and start the install. He showed up with his technician John who worked the entire day in 95 degree weather in an attic that I'm sure was closer to 150 degrees. By the end of the install day, we had a brand new AC system both inside and out and our house has never been colder. I don't know if I have ever dealt with a contractor that has been so responsive and took the time to answer all questions during what was probably one of the busiest times of the year for him. I would recommend Sam and the folks at AirServ 100%!
