“I wanted to share my wonderful experience with Dr. Rozenbaum and the rest of the staff at Valley Brook Veterinary Hospital. My beautiful fur baby, Romy, sadly passed away a few months ago at age 17 and it was heartbreaking to let him go, but I knew he would be at peace and not in pain anymore. Dr. Rozenbaum and the staff were very caring, kind-hearted, empathetic and compassionate. “They are absolute life savers , My cat Zizu was feeling under the weather after trying out a new type of cat food for several days at this point which got me very concerned . I looked up the nearest Cat Hospital near me and Lincoln Ave popped up . The staff reassured me that everything will be ok and within a few visits , Zizu was better in no time . “Dr. Bowden helped both of my furry guys so much. The medicinal bath and meds relieved the intense itching for Bennie Pierre. The gentle biopsy will help diagnose the etiology of Nicky Alfredo's folliculitis. Both pets felt comfortable with all of the staff and slept so much better after being seen in AD clinic.“

“Two Saturdays ago I saw Dr. Odelugo with my very sick cat Henry. I'd never seen him before and because my regular vet Dr. Gennace is off on Saturdays and I was very concerned I saw him. I was extremely happy with his personal manner, professionalism and concern for me and my Henry. Unfortunately Henry was worse off than I thought and at Dr. Odelugo's strong suggestion I took him to an animal ER for overnight which verified what he and I feared. My poor Henry passed away at home a few days later. Both he and Dr. Gennace called to offer their condolences. I can't tell you how much I appreciated that! So again this week my Ziggy saw Dr. O (Dr. Gennace is on vacation) and tomorrow my Dolly will go in also. Because of what happened with Henry and because they are both showing things that concern me, I didn't want to wait until she came back. Bottom line: I am now so very grateful to have 2 wonderful veterinarians I can depend on when my pets need veterinary care. And the office staff and techs couldn't be nicer. I am very happy I decided on NAH after my long-time (42 yrs) vet retired.“

“I brought my beloved dog Vanna to be put to sleep on June 7th to Meadowlands Veterinary Hospital . Vanna was 17 years old and was completely blind. Her blindness didn't stop her from being physically active and she was always on the move. Unfortunately there were other issues which made it impossible for Vanna to continue being active. Vanna was seen by Dr Meza. She was so patient with me and gave me all the time I needed to hold Vanna and cry and just say goodbye to my little beautiful baby. I didn't feel pressured at all. Dr Meza explained the entire procedure to me and told me when I was ready to let Vanna go to let her know. I was holding Vanna when she passed. I wept so much but I truly felt it was the best thing I could do for my sweet girl. I would definitely recommend Dr Meza or Dr Marteney. The medical staff who assist the vets and the front desk Sasha Maria Selena are all great. Thank you Dr Meza for your compassion and patience I truly appreciat“

“Can’t say enough about Tri County and the Dr’s and staff. My dad has an older dog and has his own vet. Unfortunately, on Monday Rusty was suffering terribly. We called his vet of 2 years at 8:10 and explained what was going on with Rusty and we believed it was time we let him go. They informed me they have no Dr. until 9am and no openings until 11:40. I went on to say you must have consideration for an emergency of this sort, they didn’t. I hung up and called my vet Tri County, explained I have a unique situation and explained. They asked if we can be there by 8:40am. When we got there we saw Dr. Torres immediately, she evaluated him with all information we can provide about his history. She gave us options, including putting Rusty to rest, however, we felt it was time for him to go. The staff was absolutely amazing. They handled the matter with ease, care and compassion.
