I had agonizing sciatica pain several years ago and came to Benjamin. He got me back to normal using a combination of Thai body work + PT techniques. He also showed me specific stretching techniques, and I've been following this protocol since then (and haven't not had any sciatica onsets). I'm leaving a review because i think there are others in pain that need Ben's help. Wish i found him earlier. Ben's skill is better than all the Physical Therapy centers and Chiropractors i've been to last 2 years for my herniated disc/back pain issue. His knowledge and skills are a treasure and could tell he’s practiced this for many years. The techniques used confirms he is a master of how the human body works. His strength and power can really get into the joints and muscles, felt awesome afterwards. It’s good when I booked another appointment immediately. Recommended!
