Always friendly, always welcoming and wonderful service. Mr. and Mrs. John are so awesome they have my dry cleaning done right and when I needed a stuffed animal momento repaired for my friend, they did it perfectly. Always will come here!

be careful - they ruined my dress and said I brought it in with all these stains.. not an apology nothing and they expected that I pay for dry cleaning.And they were happy to credit me $13 for cleaning this dress.also received a call threatening by the owner that he will take me to court; and lying that he did not touch the dress!!! every time you bring in a dress with a stains they mark it with stickers- this dress was brought in, and it did not have one stain on it- except it needed refreshing.they are welcome to keep the dress, I certainly will not have any use for it;I understand things happen- but to treat your customers like this and not owning up to a mistake -... read full review

The tailoring left a lot to be desired. Stitching was amateurish and they did not press the item. Dirt fingerprints were left on the garment. I left it there to be remedied. Returned after a few days and they did nothing. I argued for a refund. Of course they didn't give it but they said they would clean it and press it again. To their credit, the item was corrected and acceptable. One should not have to go through this angst for such a simple procedure.
